@arungutr I have 20 years of work experience. Only now have I realized that I have been lucky with teams and managers. I always left on my own initiative, because I wanted to change something in my life, or the companies were downsizing. But when there were layoffs, I always parted with warmth with the team. I still communicate with my colleagues, even managers from different companies.
