That would be just reinforcing the hype around those already well established accounts, and would limit visibility opportunities for other accounts that could provide diversity.

Adding a corresponding tool that also pulls up the Fan Tokens of those with the Boost might help counter that - part of the requirements for being boosted is that you haven't been boosted recently, so it's all fresh faces every day on that one.
