how would you ideally specify 'close friends' in a Warpcast frame/cast action?

for example, one smallish set per user kind of like /lunchbreak , or a per-frame setting that someone can tweak to the end of time like FB per-post privacy settings

Those methods would be great but i could also see something like - 
1- Persons holding certain NFTs(helps with hypersub - paragraph does this)
2- only people you follow 
3- Or having something like a cast action to add people to the close friends list.
