Hot take but I think "utility NFTs" are somewhat dead. Minting something is a social signal that you like it - and I don't think it's feasible for mints to come with extra perks at scale. You don't get utility for holding a lot of a token - why should for holding an NFT?

You get staking rewards for holding and staking a token. Normies would disagree here but it’s to much of a novelty atm.
