any tips for someone who wants to train for a marathon?

My top three tips would be: - Never skip warming up your legs before a run and by that I mean doing dynamic mouvements (squats, calf raises, glute bridges,etc…). Your knees will thank you. - Look into nutrition (avoid the 30k wall) -at least 80% in training in low heart rate (aerobic) will make you progress faster.
