What are some "dark forest protocols" for surviving in dark forest environments? General overall intent is of course to become less visible to an assumed default hostile universe, but what are the specific practices in specific domains? For eg: on internet, set robots.txt to prevent crawling of your domain.

I’ve done this often enough in real life: Blend in, learn the accent, learn the dress, don’t use maps, get with whatever transport system is popular locally, don’t ask random people for directions, carry a worn down backpack, appear locally middle class and so on. Fit in to disappear
