i decided to do vibe rowing before gym according to google a โgoodโ distance regardless of gender for 20 mins is 5000m i did 3350m now that i have a target i commit to smashing 5000m next time ๐๐พ

Nice, rowing is great. 5k is usually what I go for for my workouts, sometimes I go big and hit 10k but it's all about intensity, pace really changes things
