Egg in the hole with pepper jack cheese and homegrown tomatoes 🍅 and everything bagel seasoning.

Runny egg and tomatoes is a great combo.

I’ve made some improvements, I put a deli slice of pepper jack cheese on top before flipping so you get crispy cheese on the bottom.  Tomatoes 🍅 cause why not and I have a ton.
