I’ve made some improvements, I put a deli slice of pepper jack cheese on top before flipping so you get crispy cheese on the bottom.  Tomatoes 🍅 cause why not and I have a ton.

It was, crispy pepper jack cheese on the bottom gives it a little kick, I’ve spent the last decade perfecting it.
