Step 1: Set a clear standard Step 2: Maintain the standard The execution isn’t the hard part, it’s doing what you said you were gonna do while the people who can’t meet the standard gnash their teeth about it loudly and publicly @dwr.eth does this better than anyone I’ve seen in tech.

In my experience, step 2 is where most fail. Tactically, holding accountability is critical.
