How does Taiko implement it's mempool? When you send a transaction on Taiko where exactly do you send it? In one click does it go directly to all the builders? Or what's the process?

That’s an interesting question! In theory it can be sent anywhere, even directly to an Ethereum L1 RPC all by yourself! In practice today, Taiko nodes run a modified Geth and you send your tx to an RPC connected to that P2P network. Builders/proposers inspect this public mempool and propose a block to L1.

Thank you! I want to make sure I understand this correctly 1/ Taiko nodes run a modified Geth, which views L1 to track and maintain the current Taiko state. When you want send a tx on Taiko, it goes to a Taiko node. This node verifies the tx and then broadcasts it to other Taiko nodes.
