Yeah, it's interesting to say the least. But you have to remember, the constructor's title is the most important for the team. That's where the money is. So, I think they're building a culture of working together to maximise total points, not just the driver's championship.

Yes, but maybe down the line someone has to sacrifice their race to maximise points. I don't know. I think it's been a very strange way of operating, and I hope they are learning. It's just that I think teams generally prefer the Constructor's title over the Driver's title. Fans are fun, but one position in ranking makes a differens of multiple millions of Euros.
