Running

Paris gifted us another two days of sunshine so I participated in my fourth 7km adidas run! This time a bit slower (6min/km) but I’ve had some annoying back pain and didn’t want to overdo it. 

(I started recording the run 3.5km in, so the no of kms isn’t correct on the screenshot below)

Oh, yes, i have that, too. I alway forget to start recordin my run. And then after about 35 km, I realise. All my marathons are only 5 K runs. It's so annoying.

No. Maybe if I sum up my last 8-9 runs.

A half-one would be cool. If I can get my running mojo back this autumn, I will try to go for that next year.
