My real answer: food. If I have to pick, I pick food and I pick the Indonesian rijsttafel as dish. It basically is a colonial (Dutch) invention, and simply is a tasting menu of all the (spicy) delicacies the Indonesian kitchen has to offer.

Indeed. Next time you're in the Netherlands, you should certainly check out an Indonesian restaurant. There are many. Food can be quite spicy, too.
