This week I built a digital art exhibition on billboards in Times Square New York for Plastic Free July.

The art is being shown until the 28th July to half a million people a day & includes digital art by @harrypackart @joain @byviki myself and many other amazing artists. Go see it 👀

I love it. So, how does it work. What's the big idea behind it? And how can I join in?

Ah thank you. We normally see what artists would like to be involved and also sometimes do an open call or competition. Each art exhibition has a theme :)

And as you are advocating with it, does the exhibition somehow also contributes to a solution? Raising funds, for example?

Yes, sometimes. We have auctioned the digital art for an ocean charity in the past and also to plant trees - last Earth day we had the exhibition and auctioned 8 pieces and raised $2000 and planted 2000 trees with that - a whole forest. We have also done beach clean day with POAPs, events and virtual galleries etc :)
