My son (10) is in the finals of the Poetry by Heart competition. It's a project where children compete in reciting poetry. He won the school competition, and today will represent them in the finals that also has kids from about 9 other international schools in France. 

I'm proud, because he enjoys it so much.

Thanks. He's really passionate about this. The poetry and the performance. Taught me a lesson, too. You want to guide too much, but he had his own ideas. So I encouraged that, and he was right. I learned (again) to trust his judgement.
