Rules for all access and no gatekeeping un my experience means hands on moderation.

I can add rules, so.. I guess it can work, but it's for auto-invite. It's some kind of automod but not for filtering posted content, sorry if I wasn't clear

Hahaha, my bad. Thought you were talking about the tool. It looks a bit like AutoMod, though.
