I am not perfect. I fuck up everyday. 

But I am starting to forgive myself than feel guilty and move on.

How’s the process? I find it… surprising! Like tiny, quiet revolutions.

I don’t know about you but I was raised thinking that self gratitude or forgiveness meant egotism and narcissism. It’s a journey to unlearn/unpack.

It's very difficult and surprising!
