Anyone can recommend on how to >start< getting fit? Ever since Covid I gained a lot of weight. Went from a total stick to being 98kg. I'm not really interested in growing a lot of muscles or turning into a gym bro, just really want to lose some weight and gain more endurance. Is doing this bike/cycle thing enough?

You need to balance diet, exercise and sleep. This 3 things are very important. Diet have to be vegetables,proteins and less carbohydrates and no sugar at all. Exercise , if you just go for a walk every day probably will be enough. In another hand you have to sleep at least 6 hours a night but depends of age and person

Do you know where I can read up a bit on what is considered a good diet? Like, I just want to lose some weight and have more endurance. I don't want to min-max everything. But I eat a lot of take-out, sugar, energy drinks etc etc. That's easy to stop, but tbh I don't know what to replace that with :')
