The story of the emergence of one of the rarest ancient paintings on the walls of caves... Wanjina (Wandjina) is the god of sky and rain among Australian aborigines and the creator of pastures and habitats. They don't have mouths because mouths cause them infinite power and excessive rain. When the Vaniyas find a suitable place to die, they carve their image on the cave wall and enter the nearby water pit. In a religious ceremony and to ask for rain, the natives repaint the images of the Vanya gods carved on the cave wall thousands of years ago.

These paintings, which are painted in natural colors and in a simple style, form an important part of the history and identity of the Australian aborigines. 12 $RARE
