Chinese artist Leng Jun is a master of hyperrealism, creating incredibly realistic portraits. The oil paintings of this talented painter are very well known. Paintings in which strands of hair and details of clothes are meticulously painted. Born in 1963, Lang came of age during China's great economic reforms. This great cultural change and western influences strongly affected his art. He loved painting since childhood, and started working with oil paints in middle school. But it was after the oil painting "Mona Lisa" in 2004 that his works were noticed.
