We need to lift our elephant garlic too. Waiting for days to be a bit more dry. It'll be enough for us for the entire year, including the next sets to plant. Not as much as your crop though!

Awww, if you're a garlic fan, I'd highly recommend them! They're BIG! They are from the Isle of Wight in the UK, so I'm not sure how easily available they are globally.

It's a great garlic! Strong, large & in charge! Flavour is a bit softer than normal garlic, but I think that's a good thing, as the cloves are absolutely massive.

We grow these exclusively now, and enough for the year + next year's planting. Started with one elephant garlic many years ago.
