Generally we do kawaii carvings, never anything too scary. Especially now that it's an activity to share with our young one!

Hahaha! Sheesh, well maybe it's time for two pumpkins then, one for each theme?

Yeah, that sounds about right—keeping it to Kawaii with little ones around!
We will be carving, but I'm at a crossroads. My son (11) is into scary and wants to dye the scooped-out portion red and have it hanging out of the carved pumpkin's mouth, and my daughter (5) wants a cute happy pumpkin.
