Move over spaghetti squash, dinner last night was zucchini noodles with angry prawns (aka spicy pan fried shrimp). Definitely not tricking anyone into thinking it's pasta but it IS tasty! It makes a big difference when you spiralize the zucchini fresh and they're pretty affordable. Added bonus is the kiddo might have fun doing it! Can't wait till the zucchini comes straight from the garden! A few more weeks.

Great idea fam, I hope we can try to same later this year (maybe minus the very angry prawns, just pissed off prawns for me thx). We're growing courgettes this season so it could end up even cheaper than pasta--though I think it's mostly for health that this is an awesome idea! They weren't too wet/mushy were they?
