I took a photo of the jack-o'-lantern I made with my daughter last night. Don't judge my carving skills tho, I just cut where she told me to πŸ˜‚

ayooooo! Pretty nice frenpai! Sounds like she designed it? Did she go trick-or-treating this year? My daughter is still too young to go, but I look forward to when we can! Think it was a record year here, almost 30 kids came knocking, by my count... which is a lot for our neighbourhood!

Yep she picked a design, drew the face and i cut. My 8 month only went as a lil pineapple and held up quite well all things considered. You'll get em next year!! Was such a beautiful day here so we got the most weve ever had. It's a very good trick or treating neighborhood. Next year we get a third BJs size bag 😹

Oh that's wonderful to hear! I've heard quite a few people saying they took their young ones trick or treating, and now I'm doubting ourselves, maybe we should've taken our daughter too... shoot. She's walking now, but I'm not 100% confident of her just walking up and down all the paths and steps, or taking/eating candy!

No stress, plenty more Halloweens! Being able to trick or treat and having fun doing it aren't exactly the same 🀣 She's 4 1/2 now and it's the first SOLID trick or treat really. Last year she had fun, but she got tired early and was shy. This year she was running around from door to door with one of her friends and chatted and used manners. And we only lost her once ;)

Awww, only losing her once? That's a win! 😹 That's sage advice indeed frenpai, I was doubting whether we should've taken her trick or treating, but I would definitely have had to basically carry her door to door, ring bells, etc... I'm not sure she fully understands the concept (she's not even 2y old yet)... Look forward to the time she's your daughter's age and just doing it all herself!

Lol, then you'll just be carrying around #2 while #1 runs around 😹 She didn't even like chocolate until after her 2nd bday. Preferred veggies. My mother in law was starting to get nervous πŸ˜‚ πŸ–x100 $degen
