Take at least an hour before you check any chart We are habitual creatures, if you wake up to red candles obviously that'll cause some stress. If not you just go about your day. Over time the brain learns "may as well get things geared up in case it's another red day"

Yeah can relate, the minute I’m awake my mind starts racing - best things that help me - writing my thoughts down in a notes app or paper, some kind of exercise /walking the dog, nature time, listening to music. How about you?
