Todays /success topic of the day: What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded? I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO. What do you think?

Outdate practice I'll say about that whatever we tell we think this is right. We never think of right one , we always think we're right which can make a problem in any case. We need to change this one otherwise day by day , we will fall down in the lowest part of our personality.
