Getting people to use your product and tell you what doesnt make sense is one of the most valuable pieces of feedback you can get. Especially when coming from someone who has used hundreds of onchain products over the years and has certain benchmarks for quality. Very into this idea of Usability Consultants and think a lot of teams would greatly benefit from them!

an additional challenge for us is the echo chamber created from feedback by power users. you also should try to speak to competitor users, new to your product users etc. Difficult to do but gets asymmetric gains.
