Thinking of integrating our "proof of humanity" module with warpcast- kind of a humanity score / badge basis off chain + on chain primitives

Actions seems like a straightforward way to do so permissionlessly (but lacks discovery).

Frames are not persistent. 
Any other alternatives?

Essentially a power badge kind of concept but more around your humanity .

-Can ask folks to download actions but there discovery of an action is limited
- Can do a frames version where someone can check anyone's humanity score (that loses the essence of sth like this)

Suggestions for alternate UX ?
