Being a founder for me has been a lot about self exploration as well outside of just learning the rails of building an org. One question I keep asking myself wrt decisions - is this the best decision for the company or for me đ (e.g. shipping a product just cause I find it cool )

Align your goals and company goals, then you will have to only take one decision. If you can't align the goals, you are building the wrong company.
