One of the most interesting realisations wrt product in web3 - you need to optimise platform performance for a global audience from day 1 Trigger was a really slow website performance for our non Asian users (v poor First & Last Contentful Paint metrics) Team is executing a lot of changes including setting overseas server to reduce latency to solve this atm.
