Applying some product distribution learnings from Moshicam Aura for our next push. Aura was our first dedicated effort to reach non crypto native users. - we developed our distribution playbook. first time focusing on IG + TikTok instead of twitter + FC. Hit an initial hurdle of getting ugc videos made, and ultimately ig stories outperformed ugc - Content market fit. Identify a focused niche early using content to save time building - Build the product with sharing in mind. Make it easy to make content about. sharable results, recordable screens - dont think of people outside of crypto as simply "non crypto users", the rest of the world is too general of an identifier to be useful to build a targeted product. seems pretty obvious now but an easy trap to fall for us in crypto trying to cross the gap

nice, what were the traction numbers like? and who was the initial customer persona? you could also potentially learn from spotify wrapped types distribution mechanics as well..

we got ~2k sign ups of real people generating aura selfies via the tiktok and ig campaigns we ran. people that are into aura, astrology and readings mostly and people that like new photo apps. for sure, spotify wrapped is a great example
