it just matters so much that the founders stay hands on with their initial users. i was using wow and @clanker both at first, but because @proxystudio.eth was so prompt with everything (and the product itself was just really good), it's made me not only ditch wow, but also pumpfun. Farcaster only going higher

he was just hands on with customer support, or expressing opinions - i haven't quite interacted with wow team, so idk who made it much
