what's one thing we could be doing better on @base?

@base builder #001; onchain cities w/ OAK & city3

request for applications kinda thing - most builders get stuck with local optima ideas in blockchain. 

especially for newbies - educate builders more on what they should build with blockchain vs what may not be necessarily important to have on-chain

we dont need more apps, we need a few good ones
