I haven't stared at data in a while, but just took a moment to re-anchor my assessment after seeing this cast from last month

farcaster dau trailing avg (7d):

anyone know what happened to the cast+reply volumes (not the trailing DAU numbers, which measure unique FIDs) around the end of March? they appear cliff-like. was it related to the end of CTG, or did that happen a week earlier?

farcaster DAU going up is great, but i fear underneath it, the high volume of folks coming here for financial reasons only (similar to pump.fun) - the how much you earned badge on FC is driving this to a certain extent + targeted airdrops.

Not at all a bad thing, just still not sure what's the non financial incentive for most other folks..
