Many people want the title of leader but don't want the burden of: - criticism: fair and unfair - total accountability for your and team's actions - being the #1 public facing person on your team - motivating everyone around you to level up If you want the title, act like it.

it's infact a journey of growing into becoming a leader - when i started, i really sucked at taking criticism the right way. big internal mindset shift to deal with my insecurities along my weakness.
