its very practical i feel - i keep referencing back to few chapters around hiring, managing transitions etc.

ya not for the very start - but was helpful for me when i started the 1-10 journey. referred it yesterday around how to ensure communication does not break down in a 30 membered team.

with you there. i think it’s a good book for CEOs of high-stakes shops, not as good for founding from nothing, maybe?
