Interesting! I may need something like this or the XL pen clip. I’m wanting thicker marks, but consistent flow is a gnarlier problem than tool holding currently. Totally removing the valve looks a little too juicy for me. Not much luck without that step?

ya it is a bit juicy. I’ve been playing with the new sharpie creative markers, the’re like poscas that don’t require priming, the larger ones are only about 3mm lines. I only tested with or with out, there might be some slight operation done to the plastic spring making it easier to prime that might control the flow a bit better. I imagine one could then rig something like the painters and watercolorists do to go prime it on a pad (the way they dip into paint) with the CLI. I’ve been meaning to work through this corse by @liciahe myself. https://github.com/LiciaHe/painting_with_plotters @bantamtools is hard at work at developing the next generation of plotters and I think you will be really happy with what is to come.
