Just looked it up and the nearest Krispy Kreme is so far away...😢 @frdysk.eth How important is the brand here? I know them for their incredible lightness and texture. Think it's ok to substitute here with the lightest plain glazed I can find, or should I wait? Any recos on seaweed brands?

usually i just get the classic seaweed roasted with sesame/olive oil, higher end is roasted with perilla oil which i don't really like

imagination is the limit, this is not the first sweet/salty combo i did with korean seaweed, I've had it with cookies, ice cream, and recently red velvet cake, love it!
