Rain tonight made it a good one for a quick garage workout. Working in some strength training feels like something I should do more of. Searched for a couple minutes before landing on this guided kettlebell circuit and cooldown. Not bad but I’ll keep looking for ones my more vibe. Any recommendations? Details to follow
