I liked how, particularly in the grid of 16 that you shared, the aura cloud at the top didn't exactly reflect the color pattern in the triangle form, but ends up complementing and highlighting tones in nuanced ways. It brought in a sense of trajectory or destination (unseeable vanishing point) for me, acting as some environment around the form. That gets lost a bit here in this single example, but this does more cleanly highlight the positive shape vs negative ground, the overall shape takes focus over the previously more obscured point. pumped to mint!

yeah i miss that aspect of it too. my thinking with this change is that a more defined shape simplifies the image by having more defined shapes. and the hope is that makes them more iconic and easily recognizable, especially at small sizes.
