Day #30 no sugar update:

Dinner: pork roll, egg & cheese
Snack: cherries, blueberries
Exercise:  shoulders and triceps day + 50 push-ups 
Murdery vibes:  2/10

Results:

- down ~14 lbs
- sleep schedule completely adjusted from waking up at 2pm to 9am
- all non-essential sleep aids removed
- better digestion
- improved mental clarity

I am going to continue these as "Healthy living" updates.  I see no reason to go back to an unhealthy lifestyle after seeing all of these benefits.  Thank you all for your support day in and day out on here.  It sounds crazy but yall helped keep me accountable.  "I can't cheat and lie to my Warpcast fam" was a very real feeling.

Dinner:  Spicy Tuna poke bowl
Snack:  Cucumbers, raspberries
Exercise:  Niece and Nephew + 50 push-ups 
Murdery vibes:  0/10

The kids wanted froyo yesterday 💀😬

But we held firm and told them NO ONE WAS GETTING FROYO.  Jk 🤣 obv I watched them pile on toppings 😭
