The mainnet version will have deposit restrictions, but the testnet version is available for anyone to try. https://www.veil.cash/sepolia Veil is a privacy protocol I plan to bring to Base with guardrails on who can deposit. But how did Bob fund a new wallet without paying for gas for tx? Bob submitted his proof to the Veil relay, which sent the tx on his behave. Meaning there is no onchain link between 0x123 and 0x789.
