I've had the same thought, that fair launchpads don't get the same traction because they're less cabal/insider friendly and harder to game, but I also wonder how much of it comes down to liquidity and Chain vibes.

Memecoins are here to stay, whether we like it or not 

Two quick changes can completely remove all the grift from memecoin launches: 

- Founders/Devs own 0% of the token supply, and are only funded via trading fees

- An open window of time for a public sale

@TrustlessState We have many solutions already to this. For example:

@_proxystudio + @g8_keep (@PopPunkOnChain )

Problem is, the cabal won’t play unless the game is rigged in their favour.

I think I’m mostly right. The volume on Cabal coins speak for itself in comparison to fair launch stuff. 

They only jump in, when they are guaranteed to win.

Yup agree — harder to game so they don’t want to play

Yeah I'm inclined to agree. I think the data probably shows that for launchpad coins to reach or grow past 100m requires capital mostly supplied by big players that are likely coordinating or at least following each other closely.
