EU builders, it's pretty clear most activity follows US hours for volume / meetings / engagement.

How do you work this into your schedule, if like me you are in the EU timezone and would prefer to not never sleep?

Always felt a disconnect too and with 2 kids at home it makes it even harder , but normally it s super early meeting or past 4 pm
