If Ponder polls or Q&A are ever down and you report it to: @cojo.eth (me) or @ba, we'll send you 25 USDC.

The caveat is that if we're down due to Warpcast/Hubs or other issues that are out of our control, the bounty is not active. Also, first responder wins.
