Necessary tweak to FC protocol (@v @dwr.eth): either write clicks as a message, or somehow append username to a recast. Need to know if the eventual clickthrough came from OP or a recast.

warps abstract payment complexity and, in doing so, cleverly (and compliantly) avoid the apple tax

cutting recasters into economic upside via attribution is a great idea

Seems hard to imagine we don't have transactions on FC at some point, but I'm sure @dwr.eth and @v have a grand plan here. 

Definitely need to figure out the recast attribution problem.
