Train your CO2 level like your cardio. I always go home, close all my windows and hyperventilate in a small room until CO2 levels spike, and then solve math problems for a few hours. The next day when I come into the office, my brain can shape rotate 10x faster.

I bought it because the levels were spiking in the gf's apartment. It's kind of amazing how dangerously high these levels can get in one of SF's overpriced and stuffy SoMa lofts.
