SFO depends a lot on the terminal, though they're all kind of good. 

TBH, haven't traveled that much in the US, relative to other million-mile type people.

What I really like are small airports in second-tier American cities that are well-connected: RNO, OAK, etc. 

You can get where you want to go, and you're in your seat from the curbside in <10 minutes.
