grated cheese (i prefer parmesan) - 100 g 
tapioca starch - 175 g (per glass equals 200 g of flour) 

Mix all the products in one bowl, mix a little with a spoon so that the starch does not crumble, then beat everything with a blender for 1 minutes. 
Pour the dough into the cells of the mold, bake for 20-24 minutes at 180 degrees
